When the frame is closed, it will not open, and by turning the Nickel 200 Plate screw with the handle, it is possible to sandwich the pipe between the upper and lower teeth.

The chaser has the nominal dimensions of the screw and numbers 1 to 4, so check and install it. Once the chaser is installed on the main body, it can be cut by aligning the scale with the nominal dimensions of the screw you are trying to cut. Clamp it and operate it as a round top on hastelloy c276 tube. When you finish cutting, move the chaser back, and it will come off the pipe. The lead type does not allow the chaser to retract, so please reverse it and remove it.

Precautions for use
Before using the Duplex Pipe vise, fix it with bolts so that it will not fall over. If there is a foreign matter in the upper and lower grooves, the pipe will not cut in, so remove it before use. If the upper and lower teeth are worn, send them for repair.
The pipe cutter has a sharp edge, so do not touch it directly. Avoid forcibly turning, threading, or pushing sideways. It will damage the cutting edge and shorten the life of the blade. Stainless steel stub end for piping

A stub end lap joint is a pipe joint with a collar at the end and is used in combination with a loose flange. Generally, a loose flange and a stub end are used in combination. Since the steel pipe and flange are not directly welded when connected, the loose flange can be rotated freely.
If the flange is directly attached to the Duplex Round Bar, the bolt holes on both flanges to be butted together must be adjusted before delivery to the site. However, the use of stub ends and flanges eliminates the need for pre-adjustment and simplifies field joining.
Compared to directly mounting the steel pipe and the Duplex Plate, using the stub end will cost more as part cost. The bolt holes are not centered during the construction, the construction can be done on-site easily, and the cost can be reduced.
